Mango, Banana and Blueberry Smoothie

Did you know that blueberries are excellent for improved heart health? They supply the body with fiber, vitamins and other forms of nutrients.

  • Blender
  • Chopping board


  • 1 large apple mango
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup blueberries or more
  • 1 glass of water


  • Wash all the ingredients
  • Peel mango and bananas before cutting them into small pieces
  • Transfer all the ingredients into a blender
  • Blend on high speed until you get a perfect smoothie. You can add more berries to get a beautiful purple color
