How to Make Mango, Banana and Blueberry Smoothie

This is a simple juice recipe made with a few ingredients that I had in my house. Although it was sweet, I thought it would have a beautiful purple color but as it turned out, my blue berries were not enough. On a positive note though, this mango, banana and blueberry smoothie is a great addition to your healthy recipes.
It is purely made of fruits and water. The recipe is also easy and takes very little time. It took me less than five minutes. You can make changes by using more blueberries or/and adding grapes and other varieties of berries.

Mango, Banana and Blueberry Smoothie
Did you know that blueberries are excellent for improved heart health? They supply the body with fiber, vitamins and other forms of nutrients.
Equipment
- Blender
- Chopping board
Ingredients
- 1 large apple mango
- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ cup blueberries or more
- 1 glass of water
Instructions
- Wash all the ingredients
- Peel mango and bananas before cutting them into small pieces
- Transfer all the ingredients into a blender
- Blend on high speed until you get a perfect smoothie. You can add more berries to get a beautiful purple color
